“CubeNation”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to CubeNation. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CubeNation independently. A customer under 18 must use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law continue to apply.

Provide accurate, authentic and complete account, contact, billing and delivery information. Update it when it changes and keep your password secure.

We may verify information connected to an account or order. If important details are false, incomplete or cannot be verified, we may reject an order, restrict the account or ask you to correct the information.

• We try to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately, but screens and manufacturing variations can affect appearance.
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice. A clear pricing or listing error may be corrected before an order is confirmed.
• Pre-order and booking dates are estimates and may change. We will provide updates when timing changes materially.
• We quality-check in-stock products before dispatch unless you ask us not to in your order note. This check may not be available for sealed booking items.

• Advance payments for a confirmed booking are normally non-refundable unless CubeNation approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Booking orders cannot normally be cancelled after confirmation because stock is reserved or sourced for that order.
• Eligible ordinary orders may be cancelled from the order page before packing begins. An order cannot be cancelled after shipment.
• Amounts that remain unpaid after an agreed due date may incur the collection charge disclosed for that negotiated order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier capacity, severe weather, public holidays, remote routes, political disruption and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the name, phone number or address supplied is wrong or incomplete, you may need to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.

We take responsibility for preparing and handing your confirmed order to the courier. If an eligible item arrives damaged or incorrect, our first option is replacement. See Shipping and Returns and the Refund Policy for evidence, timing and resolution details.

Unless stated otherwise, CubeNation or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website and its original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the website for lawful shopping and account purposes.

You must not copy, republish, sell, rent, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without permission; interfere with the website or its security; use automated access in a way that harms the service; or use CubeNation for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.

You may not frame our pages or alter how they are visually presented without written permission.

Where CubeNation lets customers submit reviews, questions or other content, that content represents the contributor’s views, not CubeNation’s. You are responsible for what you submit.

Submitted content must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing or harmful. We may moderate, refuse or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices available to you.

CubeNation uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate accounts, carts and website functionality, remember choices, understand performance and support relevant marketing. Your browser can block or clear them, although some features may stop working correctly.

We work to keep CubeNation accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CubeNation is not responsible for indirect loss caused by website downtime, third-party services, customer misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
