A decade after the AoLong GT, MoYu revives its historic name for the budget end of the modern era. The Aolong V5 M runs forty-eight piece magnets on spring tension - no MagLev, no ball core - keeping the price at the floor of the competition market while the carbon-fibre core keeps everything precise.

Dual-axis tuning offers eight spring-tension levels by eight distance settings for sixty-four combinations by hand. At 55.5 mm and just 64 grams it is among the lightest cubes MoYu sells, with a textured dragon-scale finish that grips without sticking.

Reviewers describe it as fast and blocky out of the box, transforming after lube into a genuinely controllable daily driver - and praise the hard black core as less break-prone than many pricier platforms.
