DianSheng invented the factory-magnetic gigaminx in 2023; the Ball-Core edition perfects it. Magnet count climbs from 180 to 220, now arranged as dual positioning - a magnetic ball core plus edge-and-corner magnets - so every one of the twelve faces stops with unprecedented authority.

Equal-width arc cuts deliver consistent feel across the puzzle, recessed curved corners improve grip during long sessions, and a one-piece ribbed core keeps the whole structure rigid. The Primary Internal variant swaps dark internals for natural translucent plastic - the collector-preferred look beneath stickerless caps.

Reviewers call it the best-moving gigaminx they have tried. The bar has moved.
